DIME is a member lead organization dedicated to improving the state of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in workspaces. We encourage companies to create an environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive in work and life.

DIME
Retreats
DIME hosts ongoing annual week long retreats—programs of education, collective gatherings, respite and team building and industry connectivity. Retreats are inter-department, inter-organization, and can be inter-industry groups of 10-15, and are presented 5 times a year. Our retreats are specifically curated for each affinity group. Retreats are designed to build connections between like-minded people and are intended for the purpose of creating safe spaces for all its attendees.
2025 Retreat announcements will be made in November 2024. If we have omitted any group in error, please be sure to communicate that with us, and we will introduce that to our offering.
